ICC Iraq was pleased to welcome Catarina Bjorlin Hansen, Head of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Iraq, along with Ahmed Al-Kawoosh frim her team, to our office in Baghdad.
The visit included a constructive meeting with our Secretary General AHMED ALYASIRI and the ICC Iraq team, focusing on areas of mutual interest and avenues for future cooperation between ICC Iraq members, the wider private sector, and EBRD.

on 5 February 2026, where Ms. Bjorlin Hansen will be a speaker in one of the Forum’s sessions.
In addition, dedicated sessions will be held with ICC Iraq members to explore practical opportunities for collaboration and sustainable investment.
