ICC Iraq Participation in the Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development – Doha
ICC Iraq participated in the Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility and Its Role in Sustainable Development, hosted by the Qatar Chamber in Doha.
Participation included a working paper presented by Mr. AHMED ALYASIRI-Yasiri, Secretary General of the Chamber, during the Second Scientific Session, entitled:
“New Generations in Family Businesses Leading the Transition Toward Sustainability (Social Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship).”
The paper addressed corporate governance, youth empowerment, and the integration of CSR with innovation and sustainability in family businesses.

We thank H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of the Qatar Chamber, and commend the Chamber for hosting this important conference.

This discussion is especially relevant as family businesses represent around 75% of the Arab economy, highlighting the role of governance and CSR in sustainable growth.
