On the sidelines of the International Business Forum منتدى الأعمال الدولي , International Chamber of Commerce – Iraq (ICC Iraq) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (hashtag#MoU) with the National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce (NUSACC), marking an important step toward strengthening U.S.–Iraq trade and investment relations 🇮🇶🇺🇸.
The MoU was signed by David Hamod, President of NUSACC, and Mohsin Alhamid, chair of ICC Iraq, followed by the exchange of commemorative gifts reflecting the spirit of partnership and mutual trust.
This strategic cooperation aims to deliver practical outcomes, including:
• Joint organization of bilateral trade missions
• Enhanced institutional collaboration between public and private sectors
• Support for investment flows and market entry facilitation
The partnership will place particular focus on priority growth sectors, including:
• Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Technologies
• Healthcare
• Education
• Renewable Energy
This MoU represents a concrete platform to transform dialogue into action and to advance sustainable, long-term economic cooperation between Iraq and the United States.
