Iraqi Arbitration Week

Iraqi Arbitration Week
As part of Iraqi Arbitration Week, ICC Iraq held its annual celebration to mark the institutional achievements accomplished throughout 2025, with the presence and support of distinguished national and international leaders and institutions.
These achievements were made possible through close cooperation and support from key partners, foremost among them the Higher Judicial Council, alongside the State Council, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Justice, the National Investment Commission, the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Iraq), in addition to partner federations and professional unions.
The outcomes of 2025 were further reflected in ICC Iraq’s recognition through the NC Award, being named Best National Committee among 94 committees worldwide, reaffirming the National Committee’s advanced institutional trajectory and its growing role in supporting arbitration and Iraq’s economic development in line with international standards.
As we look ahead to 2026, we invite partners and stakeholders to be part of Iraq’s arbitration and economic transformation journey—toward a future built on partnership, professionalism, and international economic presence.
