Iraqi Arbitration Week 2025 – 2nd Edition

The Iraqi Arbitration Week returns this year in its second edition, bringing together leading international and national experts, professionals, ministries, and Iraqi companies to advance dialogue and best practices in arbitration and dispute resolution.

Organized in collaboration between:
The Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce (FICC), the State Council, the International Chamber of Commerce in Iraq (ICC Iraq), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Iraq), and Etihad Law Firm Ltd.

The Week will feature a series of specialized sessions, including a training workshop, the Iraqi Arbitration Forum, and the hashtag#ArbitralWomen Breakfast Session — all designed to strengthen Iraq’s arbitration ecosystem and international engagement.
