Iraqi Commercial Arbitration Forum – 2nd Edition | Highlights from the Opening Day.
We were pleased to open the Iraqi Commercial Arbitration Forum – Second Edition, held on 1 December 2025 at Dijlah Village, Baghdad, as part of the Iraqi Arbitration Week 2025.
The day featured a strong opening session with our institutional partners, followed by insightful discussions led by international and national experts on the future of arbitration in Iraq, global best practices, and the development of a stronger dispute-resolution framework.
We extend our appreciation to all distinguished participants, speakers, and representatives from ministries, legal institutions, international organizations, and the private sector for contributing to an engaging and impactful opening day.
